the chocolates melts and my taste buds flare
My eyes squint with delight

Wow. Nice adjectives used to make your free verse more elaborate! I am surprised by the word choices and it draws strong images in my head. One improvement that can be made is varying sentence length because it does not have to be all a certain length.
mmmm.... chocolate! Love how you described it so well. Makes me want to each chocolate right now. Just grab a Hershey bar and eat it. It's a free verse right?
